If determined your IDEATION TO EXIT ROADMAP™ begins at this stage, our focus will be on sustaining the business, increasing revenue and reaching profitability. We will help develop growth strategies, further develop sales and marketing efforts, expand teams, scale business functions and continue to raise capital.
If determined your IDEATION TO EXIT ROADMAP™ begins at this stage (e.g. business attains annual revenues of at least $1 million) we can help with scaling. The focus will be on increasing working capital to support growth and expanding into new geographic and product markets. Acquiring or merging with another company might be an option at this stage.
During this stage, you and all your key stakeholders may decide to exit the business through a sale of the business or an initial public offering (IPO) to receive a one-time realization of the business's value.
